Thank you so much for stopping by. We are glad you have considered joining Treasured Home. Our show will be set up in a brand new custom built model home. This is not a traditional craft show where you set up a six foot table and sell your own items. We will be using all areas of the furnished home to display your handcrafted wares. This allows for a unique and fun shopping experience for the customer as well as a lot less work for you the vendor.
Each vendor will have a designated space for their items. If you have a certain type of display or large prop that is designed to showcase your items besides a regular table, please advise us so that we may plan our spaces accordingly. We might display a couple of your items in a different area or together with other products as a theme or showcase if it will add more visual or decorative appeal.
During the sale, you are not required to be in attendance. You are welcome to come, see how the sale is going, volunteer with duties, visit and shop, but there will not be a space for you to occupy next to your products due to the way the show is setup. Because of this, we ask our vendors to have a tasteful sign identifying their name or company along with business cards. We are happy to help with these items for a small fee if necessary.
We will utilize a central checkout system, which means you do not sell any items yourself. We handle ALL sales at checkout and from the register totals, issue your commission check of 90% within one week of the show.
If accepted as a vendor, you will have access to an online inventory management and tagging system. This same system assigns vendor numbers and keeps track of each vendors sales . One of the features of this software is the ability to view reports of your sold items online throughout the sale. You will enter your inventory on the computer and print out your tags that feature a barcode, then attach those tags to your items. If your items are too small for the tags (jewelry, hair bows, etc.) you may have your own size appropriate tags where you will enter your associated vendor number and price. We encourage you to use the provided tags wherever possible to allow for easier checkout and less human error.
Set-up for Treasured Home will occur between 8:30 am-6:00pm. on Thursday December 2nd. When you sign up as a vendor and are assigned your vendor number, you will also sign up for a drop-off appointment. This will help us prepare for you and your items. We realize that some of you have little ones or work outside the home, so if you require a different time than above, please contact us to arrange a time. We are more than willing to work with you.
Your items will be safe, as the model home will have overnight security both Thursday and Friday evenings.
Takedown will begin immediately following the show at 6:00pm on Saturday Evening. No items may be removed before then. We would like to have the home cleared and empty by 7:30p.m. Please make arrangements with us if you have a conflict with these times.
As a vendor with us, you will have the opportunity for additional exposure for your business. Your business name, link and a photo will be posted here on Treasured Home and will remain until the next Treasured Home Show.
